RETURNS
Effective September 1, 2009 Structural Materials Company will no longer be giving cash back on returns. No Cash Refunds on Cash Sales. All cash and check sales will be credited back via check made out to the person on the invoice. All credit card sales will be credited back to the same credit card. If you have questions please contact the branch you purchased from.
No refunds on special orders or roof tile. 15% re-stocking fee on all returned items. All Sales are Final on Clearance and Close-Out items.

We make no representation of warranties of any kind. In no event shall SMC be held liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of use with this site or the products purchased from any of our stores. SMC is not responsible for the performance of the products purchased from manufacturers it distributes. SMC strives to protect its customers against fraud on this website and in our stores.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries will be made to curbs and we will not be responsible for any damage incurred when delivery is required on premises.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY CLAIMS
If there is any shortage or overage, it should be reported immediately so appropriate measures can be taken. Title of ownership transfers to the customer when it is accepted by the receiving party. Should damage or loss occur, note it on the freight bill at the time of delivery. In the event you need to file a claim, our sales staff will be glad to assist you. For drop shipments: We will assist you with completing your orders, and they are subject to our regular freight terms. Drop shipments via COD are not available. All prices are subject to change without notice.
